    Pork ribs and kasim adobong "Paiga" batangas, slowly cook until almost no sauce on it. Siempre with hard boiled egg for garnishing.

    Kapag almost nag ooze out na lahat ng oil nyan...the remaining is yummy crunchy we call PUPOR in Batangas hehe...favorit pulutan.

    Correct pare. Double purpose, meat for chicharon pag dehydrated na, then yung oil will be used for other cooking purposes. Both deadly hehe.
