    Try looking for Ninong Ry on YouTube. May style sya na patuyuin muna ang balat sa oven then buhusan lang ng mainit na mantika para pumutok ang balat. Di sya foolproof daw pero better than getting burned.

    Ang asawa ko, ginagawa boil nya muna (seasoned with salt & pepper) with garlic tapos leave overnight to dry. Deep fry in oil hanggang crispy na yung labas. Luto na yung loob dahil sa boiling.

    Siguro ang mali ko is I did not give it enough time to dry, kaya pumuputok ang moisture, makagawa nga ngayon [emoji3526]

    i am reminded with hilarity, in the not-so-distant past, when a lawmaker-of-sorts, who obviously had a lot of time on his hands,
    suggested that we come up with a law defining our national recipes, i.e., adobo.
