    Second time in my entire life to eat Mang Inasal hahaha!

    First time they were still new and I was very disappointed kasi I am used to authentic Inasal (majority of my barkada are from Bacolod) I saw on FB that Mang Inasal has promo and it's so cheap - 3 pecho and palabok for P300+ I also ordered halo halo, masarap naman!

    there's a carriton of buko on the street outside the workplace. the guy is an expert at opening the nut and separating the meat from the shell.
    we eat the white meat and drink the juice. fresh!
    but not since covid.

    wow! I wish I could see that. We have buko in the province and they just do it the normal way? Use an itak to balat and then after you finish the juice they will crack it and then that is when you eat the meat.

    that's exactly how the man near our workplace does it!
    except for two things:
    1. walang glove.
    2. our guy is not handicapped by that big knife with flimsy blade (tramontina?) heh heh. he uses a native gulok or itak. "san po gawa yang gulok nyo?" "bicol. riles po ng tren."
