I don't like their soup based brisket kasi too peppery and smoky yung soup base niya.
Baka kasi mainland china recipe yung gamit nila instead of the usual nakasanayan na cantonese style.
If i'm craving for beef brisket noodle, i go to ching kee in banawe.
