    It's similar to bopis, made from pig innards but sautéed and without sarsa or sauce. Parang Sisig but not skin and ears. However, tinumis can vary from location to location. Others will have sauce. Our version is dry.

    In our family tradition, you only have tinumis when there is a special occasion. Because that means someone or some family had to cook a whole pig and cook everything including the entrails. This ensures you get the best parts and ensures cleanliness and hygiene as well.

    I wasn't aware of any occasion but I still enjoyed the meal. It's been years ata since I last ate tinumis eh
