    I went to the gym early. So, this is lunch and not breakfast.

    French toast with butter and soaked in maple syrup. There's bacon too. But, I don't seem to have an appetite for it. My body wants the sweet stuff and ice cold water.

    Baked some chicken breast fillet, don't know what's it's called, I just put some butter, thyme, white onion powder, white pepper powder, garlic powder, some salt, paprika, cayenne powder. then baked it for 30 minutes. Masarap kinalabasan. Although nung naluto may parang sauce na im not expecting, which is delicious too Lalo na pag sinabaw sa kanin. I guess it came from the butter and some water inside the chicken.
