    Wala papi...puro sweet potatoes at saging na saba only...basta food na mataas ang fiber at mababa GI..nag ri rice lang ako pag yung mother ko nag dala ng dinuguan sa house..i dont like pasta and pizza..rule of thumb is whole or one ingredient food only, a chicken is a chicken...and pizza considered multiple ingredient food..
