I don't think it is the age demographic. Take the humble pichi pichi. Is there a way to make the presentation more sophisticated? Up the desiccated coconut?

i like these malagkits, served on banana leaves.
not sticky to the wrapper and thus easier to eat.

not sure what longganiza it was. generic, i suppose. mataba, halos walang bawang taste, very malagkit grasa. did not vinegar, to avoid acidic tummy.
