I hate to be philosophical, but if you think about it, driving a sports car or exotic car in the philippines would be like eating ice cream in the middle of an ethiopean famine striken neighborhood. People barely have the means for daily living and your driving around in a car that could feed the whole neighborhood! Pero hindi dapat naman e "crucify" yung may are nung kotse dahil kaya naman niyang bumili at gamitin yung kanyang pinag harapan. For me, baka ma-ingit naman ako nang konte, pero I would be happy just to see the car and also be happy for the guy who is lucky enough to own it.

If everyone should be frugal or not showy with what they own eh di everyone should drive an owner type? There are those who are impressed if you drive a Honda Civic.

I would think that owners of such fine automobiles would buy it to satisfy themselves than to impress others. People getting impressed is probably a side effect of owning a nice car.

I'd like to own a Zonda but because of our situation (as mentioned by others) here I'd probably opt for a japanese supercar like a GT-R if I had enough disposable income. As GS said really exotic cars tend to be hot on the eyes.

If I were the owner I'd put a plexiglass cage around the Enzo. You just dont know the silliness some people would do if they saw a nice car.
