First don't waste anybody that won't make you feel any better and will cause you more problems. If you don't mind me asking is it your girlfriend, wife, etc?
It may seem like you are at the bottom for now but that just means there is no place to go but up. If you are depress talk to someone i.e. family, friends, counselor, anyone so that you can get a better handle on things. Try not to be alone so you won't get more depressed.

I'll do the same thing. Based on experience this usually happend in callcenters. there are a lot of illegal relationships and breakups that happens in this industry

back to the topic, i'll still beat the **** out of him or hire someone else do it for me (just playting it safe)

*kicker, hiring someone else to do it for you is an accessory to crime. especially if it is your wife. i forgot the law stating that when caught in the act of adultery, you could kill your wife and the man. then be charged with manslaughter and not murder.

mind you, manslaughter can be paroled unlike murder.

Ask the question, "why?" and then go from there. Never talk to the guy or confront him. You'll just make matters worst. Talk to your partner, if she still continues after it, you and her are not meant to be.

although medyo maging odd ang sagot ko sa'yo not like everyone else's, pero sometimes para ok din ma-experience yan. that's an opportunity that can change your life forever.

you know, the things that you have always imagined na you can do for yourself but can't do bec. you have a partner. that's freedom beyond guilt and control.

sometimes I imagine myself in that situation. naturally, magagalit ako, may denial stage, wrath and insecurity to the max, many sleepess couch potato nights.

but then this idea came to me, kapag nangyari sa'kin yan, mag ba-back-packer ako mag-isa sa Europe, and tour the entire area, country-side, cities, everything.. I'll sell anything important that I own in exchange for this experience.

I'm there with you... I had the feeling I wanted to punch the guy's lights out just to make sure he knows its me. I doubt that feeling would go away though.
