Deaf guys? :D
Some people(notably women) have a tendency to "overpronounce" or overemphasize how words are pronounced - kinda reminds me of how some of my grade school teachers would sound like. The result is an accent that doesn't exist elsewhere in the entire English speaking world ^_^
kung kaya ng beauty ng gurl yong pag ka arte ng pag sasalita niya eh i see no problem with that...
ang nakaka irita for boys eh yong maarte mag salita pero di kagandahan, well boys will be boys, we are attracted to physical beauty... and beauty is in the eye of the beholder...
We got some 30-something ladies here in the office that talk like that, makes you feel mentally challenged pag kinakausa ka. imho maybe they're just being polite in their minds...but man it's annoying.
maarte like how? julia baretto style or kris? all rich city girls talk like that in a way though. i think it comes with the status much like how a probinsyanas talk. its just their distinct characteristic.
if the girl is trying hard like how rufa talks then definitely not cool. it gets annoying very fast.
