    1. sanitize those phone messages, no texting after office hours, better if you have a phone that black lists certain numbers
    2. always have an extra t-shirt
    3. no strong perfume on her
    4. do it during daytime or nighttime (whichever is more convenient)
    5. leave the car, take a cab (incognito effect)
    6. look for a "secret" place nearest to your office. I have one here inside Makati CBD.
    7. if you must spend, then by all means spend. walang katumbas ang kahit anong halaga pag nahuli ka.
    8. never use hotel soap in the shower
    9. act ordinary
    10. good luck

^I agree with the sheep in wolves clothing. I know of brusko guys who are, deep inside, very much loyal and in-love with their wives. They will look at hot chicks and make the raunchy comments when with friends but they're just all bark and no bite. Just know the difference between those and the "bad boys".

Agree here! My wife took a pretty big leap of faith with me... Last time i checked hindi pa naman daw siya masyadong nagsisisi sa akin... hehehe. :D

But man... that LSB checklist should be added onto his book.

The problem is I am more attracted to quiet, soft spoken, well mannered and neat men. The type of guy who does not swear and hardly raises his voice. BUT I don't like under de saya. lol. I prefer to be with a guy that is "in-charge".

Now, that is indeed a good catch! Nice bait by your wifey, bro... It works both ways, though, I am certain....

Sa kabilang thread kasi ayaw niya ng minamanyak siya so I had the impression that he's a very conservative proper kind of guy.

This is true.

quiet, soft spoken, well mannered, neat, does not swear, hardly raises his voice? oy kahit bading wala kang makikitang ganyan! e mga tipong serial killer pala ang type mo hahaha!

Naku I don't like a guy that drinks and smokes Hindi naman bading mga tipo ko kasi ganyan naman mga ex ko. I'm sure they swear din but not while I'm around. Natatakot kasi ako pag nakakarinig ako nagmumura e.
