Yes. They are empty inside. I've been reading a lot on personality disorders with focus on NPD.

But what really caught me off guard was when my friend told me that I keep calling other people narcissists when he thinks I am one myself I don't think I am one though. I'm more borderline. It's just too bad that personality disorders is not much acknowledged here in the PH unlike in the US where they have so much doctors, therapists and support groups. My mom does not want me on any medication because she thinks it can worsen whatever condition I have (like my other relatives) BUT I think I have a real issue since I always attract narcissists in my life. They say narcissists are attracted to borderlines and vice versa.

I'm curious lang doc, in med school was there a psychiatry subject and did you dwell on personality disorders?

He is always surrounded by women but he says he passes up on them because he is waiting for me. I think he will come back like he always does. What I regret is giving him the chance to actually date. I should have never considered him.
