another reason why most female japanese don't want to get married is the prevailing culture in japan...in the japanese culture, no matter how successful the woman is in her career, she must resign from her job once she gets married. japan is a chauvenist country, women are considered second class citizens and japanese men believe that women must sacrifice everything for their husband/family once they are married. because of the modernization in culture of the industries and more women are accepted in the higher ranks in both private and public offices, more japanese women are becoming 'wiser' by not getting married...they knew that once they get married, that's the end of their working career....and being just a housewife in japan is unfair to most women because of that chauvinist culture of the male population in that country.

imagine this case: a husband works everyday and can decide if he wants to 'hangout' with his peers in a bar...the husband got drunk so he cannot drive (driving under the influence of alcohol in japan is a grave violation of law and can cause an expulsion from a job once proven guilty) his car...the husband calls the wife to pick him up....so if you are a woman with a good career, would you sacrifice your career and be just a servant to your husband for life?

Lalo na ngayong sa iisang kumpanya lang kami nagtatrabaho, kaya we're able to keep an eye out for each other.

Hanap nalang sila pinoy. hehehe

almost all japanese (esp men) prioritize their career more than their lovelife... I have a male friend na who`s 43 years old, walang balak mag-asawa or magka-anak dahil ayaw nya ng may inaalala...

yung isang friend ko din, mas prefer nya ang pinay than japanese women kasi di daw sila malambing or warm tulad ng mga pinay... kaya marami din japanese men ang married sa mga pinay kasi iba daw talaga ang filipina pagdating sa pag-handle ng family
