I agree with marky about renting. On my part, we rent an apartment in a city na maganda ang location, walking distance lang sa office namin ni mrs. at nasa centro pa ng city. 5,000 ang monthly rental kaya iniisip ko na lang na it's like other expenses like electricity, 4,000-7,000 a month, gasoline expenses, mga 5,000 a month din. But of course, we also want to have our own house & lot, but as of now, talagang di pa namin kaya at malulubog kami sa utang pag nagpumilit.
She was compelled to resign as a saleslady be,cause she was
already pregnant. I had a permanent job as a govt. Employee with 7,000-10,000 monthly income, that was on 2002 pa.
Nakitira din muna kami sa parents ko, we occupy one room tapos nagbibigay lan g ako ng 1,500 monthly as our contribution, libre na lahat sa bahay ng
parents ko. After 1 year, my wife found a good job kaya we decided to rent my parents' apt. at the back of their house, 50% discount kasi 4,000 ang bigay sa iba, 2000 lang sa amin. Kami na ang nagbabayad ng bills 'coz it's a separate house. Mahirap ang situation namin, i was still studying law, self supporting, at the same time, nagpapaaral sa mga kapatid ni mrs.
On Sept. 2010, we decided to leave my parents' apt. Di na kami napapakialaman ng parents ko about raising our kids & about their religion.
Even if i'm already a lawyer & a chief of a govt. Office, while my wife is a branch operations manager of a big pawnshop company, di pa rin namin kayang bumili ng sariling house and lot kasi marami pa kaming loans because we spent a lot in the past, 3 brothers ni mrs. ang napa-graduate namin sa college, 4 year course lahat and may one cousin pa sya na 2 years in college, tapos we already have 3 kids, 10 years old, 4 turning 5, and 1 year old baby.
Financially down kami ngayon but we're living comfortably. Nag-i-invest na lang kami sa small time businesses, baka sakaling swertehin, and target ko na ring mag-apply as a judge to get additional 30,000 monthly net income. Basta target ko to have our own house and lot on or before i reach the age of 40 at bago mag-college ang eld est child namin.

just revisited this post at halos decided na talaga kami to move out. ang hirap na talaga makitira sa parents ko... lahat pinupuna, pinapangunahan lagi yung pag disiplina sa anak ko.. yung asawa ko naman ginagawan nang issue...
I hope you could help me look for an apartment our budget is until 9k per month preferably with parking sana...been looking at sulit and ayosdito but to no avail. anybody who knows somebody who's renting out an apartment preferably in the south area? thanks in advance.
Try Molino area (if that's still accessible to your family), I've seen some 5-6k na bahay. Paranaque area... Medyo mahirap kasi nasa 12k to 15k na upahan. Las pinas ata meron sa mga bf resort but not so sure.
Not so sure sa commute friendly area but I guess ok naman kasi may jeep din sa daang hari. Coastal road daan mostly from Las pinas.
veraville townhomes in bf resort area.
normal range is from 7-9k.
2 bedrooms
1 TB
1 car garage.
Woow naman mahirap ba? sakin naman since may bahay nako as in my own talaga. and malapit narin mag house blessing. pero mas gusto ko parin kasama mga magulang kung sakaling mag aasawa ako. ayoko mahiwalay sa kanila eh matatanda na kaya sila. sila na hari and reyna. it doesn't mater to me.
That's a very good deal. Better living medyo commercial kaya medyo ma traffic din, other than that, good place to start your family life.
nampotsa iisa tayo ng sasabihin ah. hahaha!
ang mura naman diyan sa pque. 8k 2bedrooms na with garage pa? ayos yan!
you've made a good start bro. nice decision.
on your father na nagcocomment ng kung ano ano. there could be two things:
first is that he does not want to lose control over you.
the second is that he may just be concerned sa iyo and sa family mo.
but it happens, you have to leave home....
studio type apartment, condo wannabe.
andami niyan dito sa caloocan and q.c.
santisima! my chinese neighbor who owns racing pigeons has a 35 sq meter loft for his feathered friends!
such a shame for us poor people of this earth who can't even get a habitat as decent as that.
