me n my wife's wedding rings are HK sourced gold bands with 7 diamonds each kaya we do not wear it daily...mahirap na. we wear the gold rings given by uncles/aunts as wedding gifts though.

True synthetic diamonds (not the cubic zirconiums... those are kinda easy to spot as fakes if you know diamonds) are very expensive.

They're completely perfect, no inclusions, no flaws, no discoloration. But they cost almost as much as top-quality diamonds, and much more than the stuff you can get for a sub-20k budget.

my wife and i had been going out for 5 years already back in 2004 when i proposed. it was spontaneous and instantaneous for my part....talagang biglaan kaya after a few hours, bigla akong nag sorry for not being able to give her an engangement ring at that moment. we were very emotional at that time kaya engangement ring ang huling nasa isip ko hehehe

^ I guess it will be somewhere from 100K to sky's the limit..of course it starts with the size..then as the quality improves..cost exponentially rises.

Its pretty easy to get a 1 carat rock...but to get a F-G, IF-VVS1, can be challenging.

Depende, dahil price ng diamond depends on many numbers of factor kagaya nang 4C (carat weight, cut, colour and clarity).

Example;
1. For E colour, VVS1 clarity, the price would be around $38,000 per carat.

2. For F colour, VS1 clarity, more or less than $30,000 per carat.

3. For G colour, SI1 clarity, about $25,000 per carat.

4 For H colour, PI clarity $ 12,000 per carat.

5 For I colour, P2 clarity, $ 7,000 per carat.

6.For J colour, P3 clarity, $4,000 per carat.

7. For K colour, spotted but very hard to see, $1,500 per carat.

8. For L colour, heavy spotted but very hard to see, $700 per carat.

9. For any colour, rejection clarity somewhere around $150 to 500 per carat.

Hello Doc! Tama si Sir Dont na nasa 100k po ang 1 carat diamond ngayon. Depende rin sa klase kase ng bato. Pero yung 100k na yan, maputi na rin yan at konti na lang ang yellowish color... Mga asa VS1 na yan...

guys, patulong naman, kung sakaling may budget po ako ng 5k-10k, anu dapat ang hahanapin kung engagement ring?at san ako makakabili. plan ko na po magpropose sa GF ko this coming october at sa araw ng birthday niya(para tipid) tight budget talaga sa hirap ng buhay ngayun sa weeding ring nalang ako babawi?
