    Perhaps he/she is suffreing from:
Schizophrenia is a disorder that involves characteristic psychotic symptoms (eg, delusions, hallucinations, disturbances in mood and thought) and impairment in the individual's level of functioning in major life areas.

Clients typically experience symptoms in several of these areas.

Thought content. Delusional thoughts are fragmented, sometimes bizarre, and frequently unpleasant for the client. Many clients believe that their thoughts are “broadcast” to the external world, so others are able to hear them (thought broadcasting), that the thoughts are not their own but are placed there by others (thought insertion), and that thoughts are being removed from their head (thought withdrawal). The client believes all this thought control occurs against his or her will and feels powerless to stop it.
Perception. The major perceptual disturbance is hallucinations, most commonly auditory (voices). The voices may be familiar to the client, or they may command the client to do things (including acts that may be harmful to the client or others). Auditory hallucinations may be multiple, that is, more than one voice “speaking” at once. Other types of hallucinations (visual, tactile, gustatory, kinesthetic, and olfactory) can occur, but they are less common.
Language and thought process. This refers to the client's inability to communicate meaningful information to others. Frequently, there are loose associations, or jumping from one topic to an unrelated topic. The client may be unaware that others cannot comprehend what he or she is saying. There also may be poverty of speech (little verbalization), poverty of content (much verbalization but no substance), neologisms (invented words), perseveration (repetitive speech), clanging (rhyming speech), or blocking (inability to verbalize thoughts).
Psychomotor behavior. Psychomotor disturbances are most commonly seen during acute psychotic episodes and in severely chronically ill clients. The client may respond excitedly to the environment, resulting in agitated pacing or other movements. At the other extreme, the client may be almost unresponsive to the environment and exhibit motor retardation, posturing, or stereotyped movements.
Affect. The client has a restricted mood, which is usually a flat or inappropriate affect. With a flat affect, there is a lack of expression, monotonous tone of voice, and immobile facies. The client may feel numb or lack the intensity of normal feelings. (Note: Many psychotropic medications produce effects that resemble a flat affect.) An inappropriate affect occurs when the client's expression or feeling tone is incongruent with the situation or topic being discussed. For example, the client may talk of a sad or frightening event yet be laughing loudly and appear amused.
Poverty of speech. Also called alogia, this is “manifested by brief, laconic, empty replies (and) in decreased fluency and productivity of speech” (APA, 2000, p. 301).
Avolition. This is a disturbance in the client's ability to engage in self-initiated, goal-directed activity. This symptom can persist into a residual phase, which causes marked impairment in the client's social, vocational, and personal functioning.

Doc Otep, girl ba yang friend mo?

heto dapat para matulungan mo sya:

.Provide attention in a sincere, interested manner.
(Flattery can be interpreted as belittling by the client.)
.Support any successes or responsibilities fulfilled, projects, interactions
(Sincere and genuine praise that your friend has earned can improve self-esteem.)
.Avoid trying to convince your friend verbally of his or her own worth
(Your friend will recognize unfounded praise or flattery and can feel worse because of it. Your friend must demonstrate a positive behavior before you can genuinely recognize it)
. Tell your ka-berks accept the tililing's “strange” behavior
. Help your firend establish what is real and unreal. Validate your friend tililing's real perceptions, and correct you friend tililing's misperceptions in a matter-of-fact manner. Do not argue with you friend tililing, but do not give support for misperceptions.
(The unreality of psychosis must not be reinforced; reality must be reinforced. Reinforced ideas and behavior will recur more frequently.)

Hope this will help... sana matulungan mo friend mo, before it get worst.

Ako nga control ko ang pagiging schizophrenic ko , he~he~he~
joke lang. Imginary friend ko noon si Tracy Lords.

nakoow...me nakabarkada rin kaming ganyan dati....hehehe

Imaginary friend, yung parang sa "A Beautiful Mind" ba? Hehehe...

Meron din akong kakilalang ganyan, kwento sya ng kwento na out of the country daw sya or galing daw sya here and there, na crush daw sya ng crush nya, tapos pag kakausapin ko naman yung isa kong friend na friend din nung kakilala ko, sasabihin naman na hindi naman... Duh? Kaya nga hinahayaan ko na lang, eh. Pinakikinggan ko na lang yung kwento nya minsan kasi alam kong kailangan nya ng kausap... Pero hindi na ako maniniwala...

Sayang pa naman sya kasi all the while alam ko mabait sya eh tapos ganun pala sya... Imbentor! Mapanira! Insane!

Pagbigyan na lang natin yung mga ganyang tao kasi they see the world in a way no one could imagine...

Tinapat namin siya dati and we told him no stop pretending to be someone that you're not kasi tanggap naman namin siya maski sino pa siya. Yun natauhan naman.
