problem is, he is overaged for jollibee. he is in his late 40s (older than me - im in my mid 40s).
walang alam sa negosyo. wala ring pampuhunan sa negosyo.
wala ring sales techniques and maliit ang network. iniisip ko sana ipa train din as financial planner or ahente ng insurance but hindi sa philamlife.

and hindi din basta basta pwede sumakay dahil may findings yung company nila na severe depression. ayaw bigyan ng clearance to re-board.
ngayon, he is with my mom-in-law who is 84 years old. living off and sharing the pension and rental income from properties. and problema naman nito, one child is graduating in college. one child is in senior high school.

Paano bang step by step sa pag-file ng kaso para sa sustento ng mga bata?
    1) File Petition for Support with Support Pendente Lite and Pray for Issuance of Writ of Preliminary Attachment if the husband has real property here in the Philippines

    2) There is such a thing Summon by Publication, but it would be better if there is real property because you make it, by asking for preliminary attachment, not only an action in personam but also action in rem.

    3) Yes, as suggested, go to a decent lawyer who knows the family code like the back of his hand.

    4) Disregard the legal advice of non-lawyers. It is like the blind leading another blind.

    5) Is the husband a seafarer? If so, no contract between the seaman and the manning agency shall be valid without the approval of the said contract by POEA. By law, the legal beneficiaries are entitled to 80% of the the seaman's wages that should be remitted here to his beneficiaries.

    6) Abandonment is a ground for legal separation, not a criminal case or anything

    7) Even it would only be a pyrrhic victory because of the possibility that the judgment might not be executed, it is still a moral victory, AND there is always the possibility that the OGAG husband might one day come home.
