    mga sir ask ko lang, where can i have my carb's air-fuel mixture and engine idle checked? preferably shops with diagnostic tools, hindi yung titingnan o pakikinggan lang. its a toyota fx btw from quezon city area.

    can't you or your mechanic do it via manual turn-the-screw method?
    by now, your big problem might be where to get the proper-sized jets..

    i can. but walang way to check if its in ideal setting (air-fuel). tachometer is dead naman. aftermarkets are kinda expensive for that one-time use-to-check only...

    air fuel ratio can be checked by spark plug reading. check mo lang kulay ng tips. dark color means rich mixture. light color means lean mixture. pag brownish kulay, tama lang..

    machines like that are kinda expensive and not so easy to source.. why not bring your car to the emissions testing center and have them do it? i mean, those machines of theirs can probably do a lot more than what the sheet of paper we are handed, says..

    If all else fail you can always check your manual air fuel mixtures..
