Vehicles should have running engine counter ... How many hours an engine has been used ... Combine that with the odometer it would be a better measurement than just using distance driven ...

one should also consider local traffic + quality of our roads

E.g. Pacita to Ayala is 30kms
Fairview to Ayala is 28kms

everything else being equal, I think the Pacita to Ayala car will be in better condition.

For me its between 24-30 km daily, depending on which route Waze takes me. So, roughly 150 km from Mon-Friday work week. That doesn't include instances when I have appointments outside of the office.
