You could be looking at a cost up to P120K for a properly installed and tuned turbo system. You can have a functional turbocharger system for less but there would be compromises and such. For most 1.6L engines, you can be looking at a HP increase of between 40hp to 60hp.
As for FC, you can look at a drop of at least 1km/L from your current FC figure.
Parts & stuff:
turbocharger
wastegate (can be integrated with turbo)
blowoff valve
intercooler
intercooler pipings
bigger injectors
fuel pump (depends if your current pump doesn't deliver enough flow)
turbo manifold
oil line added to keep the turbo lubricated
UNICHIP (Speedlab's piggyback programable ecu)
rising rate fuel regulator (if you don't want UNICHIP)
tuner shop (like Speedlab) with proper tools (to dial-in the system properly)
Other stuff you might need as well:
upgraded exhaust piping (to minimize backpressure after the turbo)
turbo timer (to let the engine idle to cool off the turbo)
synthetic motor oil (regular oil won't take the increased heat)
upgraded brakes (you got to stop as well as you can go)
upgraded clutch (stock might start to slide with the added power)
upgraded wheels/tires (you can't go if your tires can't get traction)
upgraded radiator (depends if the engine starts to overheat due to the turbo)
