    Hi guys,

    Tanong ko lang whats the best engine that will fit my car Toyota 2e. Also ano mas magand 4age or 4afe and where can i buy this engine's at affordable prices.

    what is your car? which model? Corolla AE89?

    Assuming its original engine is a 2e... the 4AG (not 4AGE) is the better option since you don't have to bother with any ECU wiring.

    may isang engine support yata na papalitan (modify) para maging swak ang 4A-GE sa corolla nyo po.

    pwede rin ang 2E-TE or 4E-FTE. ndi ko lang alam kung marami silang parts dito sa pinas.

    4afe is cheap but only does 110 hp. Parts are available and relatively cheap. But you have to do some wiring work to install the ECU.

    Tnx sa mga reply nyo. Well ive decided to buy 4age kaso nga lang medyo matatagalan pa. Also is it worth it to buy this engine? Is it fuel efficient or magastos din sa gasolina?

    May I ask how much it costs? What's your basis for choosing the engine ?

    My buddies at DCP transplanted 4efte to their charades ..... 135hp inside a 700kg body ... the acceleration is just amazing.....

    4efte? 1.3 to di ba? talagang bibilis yan pag sinalpak mo sa charade. gaang ng kaha nun eh... i saw this black/yellow charade sa congressional... sinisipon... hehe... ganda pakinggan nung turbo. nilalampaso talaga 4AF. hehehe.

    IMO, better ang 4AGE kesa 4AG... mas matipid sa gas. kung habol mo eh tipid sa gas pero lakas hatak... mag 20 valves kana, go silvertop... around 30k lang kasama front suspension and crossmember. wala pang install dun ha. pwede na.

    dre subukan mo bisita ka sa www.grupotoyota.com.ph/board, maraming beses na napag-usapan yung tungkol sa kung anong makina maganda.
