I just want to know if okey lang ba hindi magpalitan ng new piston ring? is because hindi pa naman daw kailangan? nag pa overhaul kc ako sabi sa akin maayos pa naman daw... parang dukot lang tuloy ang ginawa. my expenses umabot na din ng 11k. okey lang ba yun?

question to confirm further to your concern:
1. what is your engine and vehicle? diesel, gasoline? carbureted, injected?
2. what is the problem before you have it top overhaul?
3. on the 11K you expense, how much is the parts and how much is the labor?
4. does it solve the problem?
5. if the mechanic said that the piston rings are ok, ehat is his basis for that? did he pull out the pistons to see if is still ok?
