"if you value the warranty, you will pms at the casa."
    i do (non-ciaz cars).
then, once the warranty runs out, i do oil change at the friendly hecho-derecho gas station. cheaper and no waiting.

Casa. Suzuki owner here. Sayang din yung warranty eh. Isang warranty claim mo lang, bawi ka na agad sa natipid mo kung sa talyer ka nagpapa-maintenance.

    Yup. Twice na --

At the 2.5 year mark nagpeel off yung clearcoat nung headlights, at nanilaw yung exposed parts. They took a photo of it tapos after two weeks bigla na lang tumawag na andun na daw replacement na buong headlight assembly. I was expecting maybe they'd re-coat the headlights but no, they swapped out the entire thing.

Then nung kinakabit yung headlights, pinacheck ko dahil lumalakas vibration sa loob ng cabin while idle. Same story, after two weeks pinalitan nila engine support.

Another time, wala naman pinalitan pero free of charge dahil under warranty--two weeks bago mag-expire yung warranty, nag check engine light ako. If I wasn't still covered, the diagnosis would've cost me 900-1.5k. (Turns out may maluwag lang somewhere).

    So nasulit ko talaga.

Yup nothing serious naman, at sobrang daling kausap ng casa about warranty repairs or replacement kaya no complaints from my end. Positive naman overall yung experience ko with Suzuki customer care eh. After every visit sa casa for whatever reason, tumatawag yung main office ng Suzuki if I was satisfied with their service. Not sure if other brands do this, but it is appreciated.

Right side engine support, di ko na nakita yung damage.

    Sa battery daw na sensor
