Autoplus can probably get you an Apex filter, but i'm expecting it to be expensive. The Apex is like KNN, but it doesn't need oiling so there's no chance of fouling up any O2 sensors. It also means its really maintenance-free.
Regarding karlsdomain's post... I think this would depend on the car, but after seeing the effect of a K&N filter on my brother's lancer (a bone-stock 2002 MX) I'm inclined to say there is an improvement.
