    Hi Guys,

    Question naman po nag check ako ng oil ko so inalis ko un dip stick may mga oil na tumatalsik sa butas ng dip stick. Ano po bang problem ng sportage ko syanga pala naka idle ung makina ko ng inalis ko yung dip stick.

    sira na po ba makina ko?

    Piston rings seriously shagged, pressurising the block. Any loss in power though?

    Actually sir there is no change in power or in any performance as Ive experienced.

    General or Top overhaul sya?

    is your air filter getting evidence of oil from the inboard side? have your pcv valve checked, cleaned or replaced. pressure in the crankcase is normal to some extent since the piston rings have gaps regardless of how new the piston rings and the cylinder bores are. if the pcv valve is clogged up or stuck closed, the crankcase pressure pushes some oil vapors to the inboard side (cleaner side) of the air filter

    Is this the normal practice to check the dipstick when the engine is idle? I thought the best way to check it is when the engine is cold and off. Too read accurately the oil level in the dipstick.

    ang perfect way talaga dapat ang makina mo medyo uminit then turn it off then tingin dipstick dapat ang langis kumalat sa loob ng makina yun ang super accurate way
