February 28th, 2007 10:40 AM #1I only use my car (1996 Lancer) on weekends and when I go north. It has been six months since I have changed the engine oil, but it has not reached 5,000 kilometers yet. Should I change the oil now or wait until it reaches 5,000 kilometers? Thanks!

since long drive naman ang gamit mo and during weekends when traffic is not that bad, you can get away with waiting until it reaches 5,000 kms. waist of money if you change it now.
pwede mo naman inspect yung oil, kung brown na pero mdyo transparent pa rin, pwede pa yon. if it's black, change it.
