Maybe it's possible to get the Altis 1.6J at lower prices because of "fleet" pricing?

If you can get an ALtis E model, that would be better since it has ABS and a nicer interior finish.

Oo nga eh. Actually ang gusto namin makuha yung Altis E ang problema lang ang budget eh pagng Altis J lang. Overkill na daw yun E-model. Pero ganda talaga nung E!!

Pwede lagyan ng garnish ng G ang J models. I've seen numerous vehicle releases that looks like 1.6G but forgot to change their J marks behind.

    O.T.

let's just say mga 5 or 8 yrs from now.. mahihirapan kaya ako sa mga typical wear and tear na piyesa ng lynx?

aside from casa... magkakaroon kaya nito ang mga common auto shops?

Another thing to consider is if the office will give you the option to keep the car as a personal ride after a few years for a minimal fee, then the Altis seems to be better as this will hold its value better then the Ford and Toyota undeniably has a better back-up in finding parts outside of the casa... If you'll just be using the car and it will revert back to your office after a few years, then the Lynx will give you more bang for the buck.

On choosing a manual and matic, its a matter of preference. If you enjoy driving and want a little more control and response, thena manual is the choice. However, if the car is to be your daily driver around the city, the matic is the more appropriate choice IMO. I drove my cuz's 1.6 Corolla matic, i'm pretty satisfied with the way it performs (not the fastest in its class but definitely not a slouch either).

    Well said, Sir Vinj.

I think we will take either the Altis or the Lynx. Personally, I prefer the manual tranny because of the quick response that I get whenever the need for power arises, but my boss prefers the automatic. Well, I’ll just see what I can do to convince him.

I heard about this Invecs III auto tranny of Mitsubishi. They said the response is similar to a manual tranny. Any comment please.

Limited pa lang ang replacement parts para sa Lynx kaya karamihan sa casa kinukuha. Pero magkakaroon din yan.

Sumasangayon din ako sa sinabi ni Sir Vinj.
