overheating?

hello poh!

how would i know if my oto is overheating when the temp gauge reading seems normal?

when i get stuck in traffic or when my oto is idling for long minutes, its clutch becomes unresponsive or slipping. happens only in these situations.

the engine feels hotter than normal.

somebody told me that my car is overheating
but when i looked around,

nobody's inside my oto except me.

am i paranoid? help wanted.
