hi guys, may i ask what is the normal oil pressure of a 4k engine type? i just bought and installed an oil pressure gauge on my 4k engine...

bro, at idle normal oil pressure should be 25psi.+ (while engine still cold). but after the engine fully warms up, oil pressure goes to drop by below 25psi * hot idle (something like 15psi). that's for toyota 4k.

generally, 10 psi (0.7 kg/sq cm) when hot. about 10 psi increase per 1000 rpm engine speed.

mga master, maraming salamat... hay ... buti na lng nasa ganitong range pa ang oil pressure ko.. sira na kasi yung luma eh. kaya nung nabili ko wala ako alam kung ano ang normal nito... salamat ulet ng marami...
