    I checked my oil today (Santa Fe CRDi) and pansin ko medyo maiitim na di na sya yung golden yellow color parang nahaluan na ng dumi. Currently nasa 4200km na ako. Pero I am thinking mag pa PMS na kaya ako next week kasi yung oil maitim na? Or normal talaga yun and nothing is wrong with the oil?

    It's normal for oil to get black once it's used in the engine.

    Just follow the normal oil change schedule.

    i read somewhere that if oil doesnt turn black then it could be fake and doesnt have the proper detergents to clean the engine..

    with the condition of our diesel here engine oil gets dirty in just less than a week

    that is very normal because its a diesel engine

    Basta diesel dudumo agad yan kahit pag change-oil palang.

    wag ka lang lalampas sa KM range ng oil.

    yup. pagdiesel, paguwi mo pa lang ng bahay from change oil maitim na o mapapansin mo nang paitim na. better gauge ng quality is the texture of the oil. alam ko pag diesel kung malapot na, kelangan nang palitan. baliktad kung gas.

    yeah i agree in our mitsubishi L300 FB after 2 days lang ng change oil medyo nag bablack na ang langis
