    Mga sir, Need help, pag nag check ako oil sa engine after a long travel in next morning, sa dip stick ay kulang na ang oil ko at pag linagyan ko, mga 1 1/2 liters ang naisasalin ko, hindi naman malakas ang leak sa ilalim ng engine, medyo maitim lang ang usok pa paahon, pero di naman loss compression ang engine, posible ba ang turbo ko ang may problema........2ct ang engine ko

    Leaking oil:
    Probably have a bad head gasket or loose bolts on the oil pan, bad oil pan gasket. Check if your engine is leaking oil from around the head gasket and the oil pan.

    Black smoke:
    Unburn fuel (engine too rich) causing black smoke. Alam natin na ang unburn gas can cause bad to the catalytic converter and cause big bucks. Pa check mo yong oxygen sensor check engine light error code para ma-diagnose ang problema mo.

    possilbe turbo , valve seals or piston rings .

    malalaman mo kung turbo if smoke is not dark, and it only comes out on stoping the ride from pushing it long and hard. and the smell is distinctively uncooked oil.

    unfortunately, it's a fx fitted with a 2ct surplus engine right? diagnose won't work kasi hindi original yung engine, some electronics are condemned. atleast fortunately, walang catalytic converter ride mo diba?

    since you are certain it's not loose compression, then I would go for valve seal...

    or blowby. yung nilalabas ang maraming oil sa PCV tapos balik sa air intake. you can try re-route your pcv to a can with ventilation. close your air intake inlet. drive it for a week and see how much oil has been lost.


    btw, recently overhauled ba engine mo?

    2CT engine specs inlcuding turbo compression pressure.

    bagong top over haul sya, kaya bago ang mga valve seal cylinder head gasket.saan ba banda ang pvc nya at anu ang gagawin sa blowby na problema?

    meron nga akong napapansin na smoke after a long drive like express at pag nag tollgate, at kung nag idle sya hindi naman ganun ang smoke pero hindi din maganda ang amoy ng smoke nya...

    since you confirmed recently overhauled nga siya. may kotob ako sa valve clearance settings ng 2ct mo. dumaan ba yan sa machine shop para e-set yung saktong clearance?

    meron nga akong napapansin na smoke after a long drive like express at pag nag tollgate, at kung nag idle sya hindi naman ganun ang smoke pero hindi din maganda ang amoy ng smoke nya...
    I don't think turbo problema mo. I could be wrong though. you can check your turbo stats by removing the connection between the turbo and the exhaust pipe, if turbo nga, there you will see a lot of oil.

    yup dumaan ng machine shop, napansin ko lang sa may turbo na may mga leak oil ang connection nya, pero di ko pa natatanggal try ko din to verify if theres oil...ty

    Sir bago air filter, nag re gap na rin ng clearance, walang oil ang coolant...
