fuel pressure regualtor yan or fuel pump, specifically the fuel pump check valve which is inside the fuel pump. fuel's sipping back to the fuel tank due to fuel leaking of the check valve, residual pressure is lost over time and not controlled by the check valve thus the problem in the morning or pag park ng tagal kotse

    1. Baka nakakasipsip ng hangin
    2. Check glow plug system
    3. Calibrate injection pump

a check mo yung vent system ng gas tank, barado yun or yung small hole ng gas cap baka barado rin. meron yan maliit na butas, sa gas tank naman may isa pang tube na outlet nun...

    gioravelo15,

Are the current heater plugs installed to your vehicle original or replacement? How much did you get them? We've had multiple experiences with replacement glow plugs bonking out after a few months and even sometimes just a few starts. Only Original Pajero glow plugs can ensure quality and durability.

*btw, i don't work for Mitsubishi. hehehe

Also, the injection pump might have a damaged cold starting device. You can have this checked in a qualified diesel calibration centre. You might have to have your injection pump repaired and re-calibrated to spec.

This could be the root of your glow plug problem. Because the cold starting device in your vehicle's injection pump is not working, it will take you more time and cranks to start your engine. This will result to an elongated process of GLOWING of the glow plugs. These glow plugs are designed to function for a designed time and condition; if they glow too much, its life is getting shortened.

    Regards,
    ISO4113

    1. Normal wear and tear
    2. Ang pag gamit ng replacement glow plugs: Based on our experience, hindi talaga tumatagal ang hindi original plugs sa Pajero.

Good day...

With our local ambient temperature range a diesel engine with good:

    1. compression
    2. fuel and fuel supply
    3. air supply
    4. injection timing
    5. battery or cranking speed

will start even without using glow plugs.

my pajero wont start help!!
