Am I correct that VTEC and VVTI engines change their "configuration" by high RPM and high oil pressure? If yes, are these engines very picky on what motor oil to use?

Have you heard of horror stories wherein VTEC and or VVTI engines malfunction due to wrong motor oil used?

Whether is fully-synthetic or semi-synthetic, as long as you put in the motor oil with the correct rating as stated in your owners handbook, then you will not have a problem.

    oil pressure induced ang VTEC.

of the 900,000 yata or more VTEC engines that honda made wala pang naging recall.

VTEC or ordinary 16 valve engines depende talaga sa pag-alaga mo yan. regular and proper maintenance is the key

IMO, just use the recommended vicousity for our temperatures, and change oil interval and there will be no problem.

vtec or vvti is engaged by many factors...

oil pressure, speed, rpm and others. if the parameters are not met then di sya activated.

as for the oil stick to the manufacturers recommended viscosity
