Is it cheaper than delo gold ultra? Will it perform better than my delo gold ultra?

If you are using Caltex oils then why not use the Delo 400 ? I think the price diff. bet. the two is negligible or not that significant. Delo 400 is semi syn.

You can also try Mobil 1 Delvac MX. Mineral oil.

Btw, what baldwin filter are you using ? BT223 ?

^ agree. I use Mobil Delvax MX :D change oil kada 5k. minsan pinaaabot ko ng 6k. pero sabi ni dvldoc pwede daw to kahet hanggang 7-8k

I have been using Mobil Delvac MX coupled with Badlwin filters. Pero 5k oil change pa rin ako. Takot ako mag 8-10k at least for now

You don't need it unless your engine is dirty or have oil sludge. Though I see Mitsubishi recommending it all the time. I personally don't use it.

Find an oil that works for you and stick with it. I don't see a reason why to change oil brands all the time, unless the reason is about budget.

Not required sa mitsu motorplaza ang flushing. Pero nitong 40k ni ASX nagflushing ako para mahugasan at makita ko yung oil na nasa mga singit-singit. Then prime pa para totally matanggal yung mga sumabit.

End part, halos nagsing kulay yung old na langis (turbo xp) at yung pinangflushing (mag 1) ko! Yung lapot lang ang pinagkaiba, & may mga fine grains (latak) sa may drain-tub.

Conclusion, after 40k-50k dapat may flushing to clean the engine.

Diamond motors SAs always include them sa estimate pero I always say no to it.

About the color of the oil. A brand new looking oil could mean 2 things:

1. Your engine is literally clean without any deposits.
2. Your oil just went around, circulating in your engine without dissolving most of the deposits.

A few months ago, our L300 got a complete engine overhaul. Within 3 days, the delo 400 oil was black and a little gritty(bagong overhaul kasi).

Any effects if diesel specific oil is continued with the Rimula R3X (after the Delo Gold) ?

Nakabili ako ng Mag1 FS(5W30) 360pesos per liter. Nung nakita ko sa Ace hardware 500+, balit ako dun sa dati kong binilhan at bumili ako ng 9liters.

Taka lang ako sa price, it is old strock/old price o nagmahal na talaga?

Duda nga ako, pero yung motul na 300v FS 2500pesos dito at dyan sa Manila 2800.
Sabi sa akin naka-sale daw.
