Bro how about Isuzu Elf trucks with 4hf1/4hg1 engines? Nakalagay kasi sa manual do not use synthetic. Is that BS or may reason ba talaga why dino oil lang pwede.

^same with local Nissan Patrol Safari GU series. May sticker din na do not use synthetic. I would presume the manufacturers do want want the owners to do extended OCI or wrong viscosity oil. Synthetic has more additives compared to dino oil. I dont see anything wrong using synthetic as long as you follow the API requirement and viscosity.

Nasa 2.5k na tinakbo d4d engine ko using mobil mx. Pansin ko mas smooth at nabawasan vibration konti engine so far satisfied ako sa mx sa response and sa pino ng engine. Ang ayaw ko lang parang lumakas ako sa consumo sa diesel.

Viscosity range for a 40w is 12.5-16.3. The higher it is, the less vibration. If the oil is for diesel engines only ie HDEO it is at least 14 and goes all the way to 16.3.

The delvax mx xw40 is probably on the heavy side...

Delvac MX is an excellent mineral oil based on my usage before. Pero mabigat siya na oil.malakas sa krudo. But overall excellent for me. Smooth talaga crdi man o hinde ang engine

if you try the pertua additive. it will thicken up your oil. and you will feel less vibrations 😉
