    Caltex Delo Gold (yellow cap)

    or

Shell Rimula R4X (this is better, imo and cheaper if bought in 20li pail quantity)

But I suggest getting a better filter first like Baldwin BT223. Or more affordable like a Bosch.

Interesting you knew about baldwin here. Other good filters are mann, hengst, mahle.

The bosh sold here are junk and cheaply made.

If you would use delo 400 look for LE synthetic 0w30, 5w30 and 5w40. Sadly here in the philippine they only sell thick delivery truck viscosity 15w40.

Any feedback for mitasu oil? It says 100% synthetic. It cost P2,530 for 6liters at handyman.

Try looking for Mitasu oil in Blade in your area. I recently saw some at their SM North branch in QC.

Hindi lang specified kung group3 hydrocracked or esther/pao based. I will be using this next after the casa-filled liqui molly. Truth is, no one could tell how good without doing an oil analysis, same applies to other oils claiming high tbn.. Mas mura 3x at ganda packaging kaya ko binili [emoji14]

I think mitasul oil is japanese sounding name but processed in singapore. They do not have their own refinery.

When i was in southkorea i learned about sk zic engine oil. They are in the top 3 base oil producer in the world. And the irony they supply base oil to shell and exxonmobil...etc

I think there is some loophole is classifying fully synthetic thats why they can mislabel.

But when i tried their product is one of the best oil for the price. Their are uoa that group 3 edge out group 4.

Currently im using zic xq 5w40 and next in line is 0w30 ILSAC GF-5.

If their product is really the best, then why mislabel. If they trust their product to be the best oil for the price, then why offer it as synthetic when it is not? Don't get me wrong guys. I'm not saying the oil is crap. What I'm trying to clear up is the false advertising. People who believe this oil is fully synthetic are only fooling themselves. The price is suspect. It's too good to be true.

Its allowed so they can do it. Its a loophole. Almost all engine oil company do it.

If you want PAO or grp4, find zic xq 0w40. Its 100% PAO.

Xq line is fully synthetic grp3.

uoa grp3 edging out grp4? Provide uoa?

I remember seeing at bitog and european car forums.

Then norm is group 4 should edge out group 3 but its not that significant that its not justified buying group 4 for the big discrepancy in price.

Mineral , semi synthetic or fully synthetic?
