Mineral , semi synthetic or fully synthetic?

thanks sir *StockEngine, mukang ok naman feedback ng mga mirage owners gamit ang 5w-30 (Royal Purple). mas mura nga lang sa Shell kaya napaisip din ako since i'm planning to change my oil din naman every 5k so thinking that a mineral oil will suffice my engine needs for a mileage of 5,000 kms.

feedback ng mirage owners? based on what? gut feeling? napa- oil analysis ba sila?

that's exactly the problem w/ "recommendations". all based on conjecture coz i'm no expert, you're not an expert either. so just follow your manufacturer's recommendation. my car says 10,000kms / 6-months, mineral oil OK (normal schedule, not severe). so i just follow that
