    Anong problema ng ganito, yun bang pag-turnoff mo ng engine, me redondo pa makina, hindi naman po madalas. Carbtype 1300 engine TOYOTA of my brother...thanks Peeps

    ganyan din sa lancer EL ko.

    turned off na ang key pero may konting andar pa ang engine.
    sa timing ba ang problem nun?? parang katatapos lang umihi (kinikilig ba!).
    kapag start mo naman agad, hirap umistart.
    parang walang fuel kaya dapat press muna gas pedal para start ang engine.:?

    ganyan din yung dating lancer glx 91 ko.

    langya. pag straight turn off yung engine, tama ka....nanginginig. pero pag nirebolusyon ko bago patayin wala. ganun din yung sakit nya before, pag straight engine shutoff ang hirap iistart sa umaga, kinakapos pero pag yung rebolusyon muna tapos engine shutdown ang daling iistart kinabukasan.

    although i do not advise you do do revs before engine shutdowns (daming gasolina pa na natitira sa carbs, which is harmful and dangerous), pwede mo check yung following:

    a) yun nga, yung timing.
    b) clean carbs, pati na yung fuel lines.
    c) clean na rin yung fuel filter.
    d) replace na rin plugs

    yung sa akin kasi, nung ginawa yang 3 things na yan nawala yung sakit.

    I think it's called "dieseling" and is usually caused by poor timing. Pero syempre, like happy_gilmore said, pacheck nyo na din ung iba.

    Sabi ng prof ko dati masama daw sa engine yung rev bago patay. Nakalimutan ko na yung explanation pero taking it from a professional, sundin na lang di ba!?!:mrgreen:

    it can also be caused by carbon deposits inside the cylinders. a top overhaul is usually the last resort if all the other suggestions fail. :D

    Mali po, Kasi bagong-bago ang solenoid starter ko, DIY pa mismo. Marami may sabi na mechanic, sa TIMING/TUNE UP lang po raw itong ganitong sakit....hope this helps
