February 28th, 2009 11:00 AM #1Mga sir help po. Kahapon nung start ko na po kotse ko, lakas ng redondo pero ayaw nya magtuloy magstart! Sabi ko baka Gas kasi nasa redline na. I bought 5L of Vpower Gas. Try ko Ulit Start, ayaw pa rin, pero lakas naman ng redondo nya. What cause po kaya why nag kakaganun?? My Ride is Sentra ECCS. EFI.tnX

February 28th, 2009 11:34 PM #5sir ayos lang po ba kung gagawin ko is, tanggalin ko muna yung fuel filter sa hose then i redondo ko, so kung may gas na sumirit or luamabas, meaning ok pa fuel pump ko?? And Fuel Filter Yung may diperesya? pwede ba ganun?? Tyaka kung sakali may clog po sa fuel lines, ma reremedyuhan pa ba mga ganun??

Oo, don't worry, lahat naman yan pwede maayos either thru diskarte or palit ng piesa.
Baka may tubig yung fuel?
yung fuel filter, baka barado?
ok pa kaya yung ECU? Though mahirap masira yun.
baka sira na yung spark plug?
Wala ka bang trusted mechanic? saan area ka?

March 1st, 2009 12:19 AM #7Q.C tandang sora. Kasi, bago ko po sana ipa consult mechanic, at least i know what possible cause why nagkakaganun. So, sir, if ever na may sumirit na Gas, fuel filter ang palitin na po diba?? 2 po ba tlaga fuel filter? 1 at the hood, and the other one is nasa Gas Tank part daw po? tama ba yun?

bro, according to your story, umabot ka sa red line so meaning almost empty ang tank. very high chance is yung mga dumi sa gas is causing a clog. better start to drain your fuel tank and the same time check your fuel pump as in open it up to clean. if you see some dirt in the pump, blow the fuel line. now, after doing all this and hardstart pa din, change fuel filter. that's should fix your the problem base on your story.

hello joseph,
cehck the obvious, check the basics. do you have a heathy bluish white spark at from the ignition cables? did you hear unusual noises while cranking? is your check engine light (malfunction indicator light/ idiot light/ service engine light) on while the ignition switch is in the run(not start) position? if the MIL does not come on, that means the ECCS(engine computer as what nissan calls it) probably lost power due to a busted fuse. if the light is on, check for the fuel pump fuse. the fuel pump only gets lubrication from the fuel it pumps and if it was dry as what you have insinuated, chances are that the pump was drawing more than normal current that blew the fuse. check the sacrificial parts first(fuse). or maybe, by coincidence the valve timing went off. we don't know the mileage(timing chain on this car is due for replacement every 100k miles if i am not mistaken). by all means check the expendable sacrificial parts first whichever is due for replacement anyway.
