Intermittent low rpm and no idling

Had a problem with my car (corolla gli 94). There are instances na ayaw nya mag start unless tapakan mo yung accelerator. Once you release the accelerator patay ang makina. Wala siyang idling. Intermittent yung walang idling. We checked the idle up and ok naman siya.

Minsan pag nag automatic na yung compressor bumababa ng husto yung idling nya. Nanginginig na siya parang nilalagnat, he, he.

Already consulted two mechanics and they cannot find the culprit.

Hope you guys can give me an idea on this.
