    Search... lots of discussions here regarding the Innova.

    If fuel consumption is your only issue, then the diesel is a better choice.

    There are issues with local diesel, though, and the gasoline might be easier to maintain in the long run. It's faster, too, but in the city, the D4D has more than enough toruqe for everyday use.

    yep, I've read some reviews about innova here in tsikot, kaya lang puro negative reviews nababasa ko about the d4d engine. hehe (innova forum reviews 05-06). I've read din na nagawa na daw yung fuel pump problem ng D4D kaya I'm trying to look for a more updated review about the Innova esp. D4D engine. But I think what I've read and learned just few mins ago about the Innova D4D is enough.
