IHE inquiries

Hi guys,
I would like to clear somethings up for my 1.3 Engine car..
1. would An I/H/E upgrade would give a little kick to my ride?
2. would a header show the cars performance that is sleeping within?
3. If you where to make the exhaust upgrade, (semi-Poll) would you go to:
(which of these shops)
A. 1. Mufflerlan, 2. Ex-Manila, 3. ERL - mandrel benders
B. 1. FreMuff, 2. Nodalos - Crash Benders

replacing the 1.3 with a 1.5 or larger engine will get you more bang for the buck.

Unfortunately there is very little performance potential in your 1.3L engine not without spending massive amounts of money. It's cheaper to do an engine swap to a 1.5L or 1.6L engine and you will end up with more HP with a stock 1.6L than a IHE modified 1.3L engine.

So unless you are considering an engine swap, I suggest to keep it stock. Otherwise you are just wasting your money.
