Is your civic sir modified and what have you changed? How many kms have you run? Do you bring the car on out of town trips? Is the idling low with or without aircon?

Had idling problems on the Crv last year, all i did was to spray carb cleaner into the throttle body which removed the gunk blocking the vacuum lines. If the casa cleaned this, then check all the vacuum lines for leaks.
The TPS should not be adjusted since this can really mess up idling if you don't have the factory specs for its exact setting.
