IACV = idle up solenoid?

pareho lang po ba sila o magkaiba? sa mga nababasa ko kase, eto ung madalas na reason for idling problems. para lang po maliwanagan ako. thanks!

depende po ba kung carb o efi? or sa brand/type mismo?

kaya ko po natanong, dinala ko sa casa ung kotse ko kase may idling problem pag may aircon. palitan daw nila ung idle up solenoid kase ung nakakabit is defective. and based on similar threads here, majority of the people suggest cleaning/replacing the IACV. kaya ko po naisip kung pareho lang sila. kotse ko po pala is 94 civic (carb)...

me IACV ako na spare for corolla 4afe. bought it a few months ago. di nagamit kse iba pala sira. nakalimutan ko na rin isoli. let me know kung ito kelangan mo. nasunog ba yung coil?

hehe. thanks for the offer anyway, woulfe. actually, d ko alam kung may IACV ba ung kotse ko kaya ko natanong. regarding the defective solenoid, ginawa kase nila, may tinest sila na ibang solenoid sa unit ko. ayun umayos daw ung idling. kaya recommend nila na palitan. hopefully, masolve na nga.
