I think it is a cervo problem

Hi bros, need your very valuable advice.....I have a '97 camry and its idle seems to be breathing heavily like it inhales and exhales....asked some friends and they told me that it is a cervo problem....went to my favorite mechanic and told me that there are specialist cleaning cervo but went to the place that he recommended but it is already close.....would you recommend any mechanic or technician who specializes in this problem...thanks so much in advance.
