December 7th, 2014 07:27 PM #1Hello tsikoters! Im currently facing rpm problem. Let me share you what happened.
Yesterday I went to an electrician to have my front blower fix. He found busted fuse and wirings and have it fixed. Prior to this, my rpm is running stable at 1k. Now na ok na siya, my rpm suddenly dropped to 500-600 and as u all know, low rpm means bad running condition...
Im no expert kaya I dnt know what to check.. Im thinking i may be facing a problem in alternator as it cant supply enough electricity to our mitsubishi grandis..
Let me know your thoughts! Thank you!!!

December 7th, 2014 09:01 PM #2Might be the cable or the alternator, or maybe the mechanic adjusted the throttle cable screw or throttle body screw.

adjust the RPM if you know how
or bring it to the nearest dealer
since the grandis is rare in the Philippines
btw nagvivibrate ba o namamatay engine?

nag tanggal siguro kayo ng battery kaya nag bago idling. throttle motor must be re-learned after a battery reset.

At idle ba yung 500-600rpm?
Parang okay lang naman yan ah. Sa Lynx ko, cold start 1k+ rpm then after few minutes magiging almost 600 rpm na lang sya. Wala naman problema, hindi naman namamatay yung makina.

considering a Ferrari has an average price range of 20-25M. multiply that with 666 units sold then...
