    assembled lang po sasakyan namin, medyo matanda na din po. mausok na po at 2 beses na po ako nahuli sa makati. ginawa ko na po lahat ng alam ko, nagpalit na ako ng nozzles at ngpacalibrate na ko. nilinis ko na din po ung exhaust. sana may makatulong lang po.

    Kung sigurado ka sa condition ng engine mo, try mo ito:

    Check valve clearance, baka tukod.
    Check injection pump to engine timing.
    Check injection pump diaphragm, baka butas.

    Black or white smoke?

    Umuusok lang ba pag malamig pa ang makina, or kung mainit din?

    Hard starting ba?

    Sana naman tinulungan ka nung workshop na nagcalibrate ng pump and injectors mo.

    hindi naman hard starting. hindi mausok pag nka-idle pero pag medyo mataas na ung rpm saka umuusok at pagbitaw ng silinyador. black smoke yung lumalabas eh.

    That's running rich or you've got a ton of carbon in the combustion chambers... agree... check the valves and the pump...

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    I don't know any diesel specialists in that area... backyard mechanic lang ang pinupuntahan ko sa Laguna area...

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    does this mean nago-over deliver ung IP ko? Parang ganoon na nga. Baka hindi tama ang previous calibrate ng IP.

    and do you think i have to change my piston rings even if hindi naman ngcoconsume ng oil? Hindi kailangan sa ngayon. Mukhang normal pa naman ang compression ng engine dahil madali mag start.


    Best procedure:
    1. Hanap ka good mechanic
    2. Check valve clearance
    3. Check injection pump timing
    4. Run the engine without the exhaust pipe/muffler. Kung misan, barado lang ito at puno ng carbon.
    5. Recalibrate injection pump

    si dieseldude ang tumingin diyan

    kung nasa pilipinas lang ako papasyalan ko siya para makilala ko naman siya

    i can see that he is well versed with diesel engines
