January 23rd, 2007 06:12 PM #1i know that is should be the other way around, higher rpm during cold starts due to self-choking of the vehicle to attain normal operating temperature faster. however, my 90 galant ss, (carb) idles at around 500 until the temp goes up then everything's ok. is there a way to improve this? thanks for your inputs!
