Oil mist is somewhere in 0.3micron, unburnt gasses is on molecular abt 1x10-3 micron, while the regular motor fuel cock filter is nowhere 25microns. So no, the gasses and oil would just pass that tiny filter. You need something finer with coalescing element and insert back the gas to intake manifold for further burning.
